ILI employs adaptive modular learning (AML) to accomplish the learning and development (“L and D”) goals at both the individual and enterprise levels. AML is powered by an AI, machine learning platform providing a customized learning path that serves content in a chain of 15-minute, interchangeable topical modules. The learner’s knowledge state and progress are dynamically monitored and adapts the content to facilitate their learning.

Each Module created by AI is validated and certified by our team of subject matter experts. To create this unique and customizable AML plan, one must first assertain the exact area in which a person needs to upskill. We do that by utilizing an unbiased and predictive assessment.

A pioneer in curriculum design and educational technology, Dr. Hasel has held senior academic roles, including Associate Dean at Western University College of Dental Medicine, where he introduced AI-driven learning frameworks. As a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University School of Medicine, he led curriculum restructuring efforts in Clinical Anatomy, bridging biomedical engineering with digital tools. He also developed foundational programs at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health and played a key role in launching Midwestern College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Scott Davies is a leading expert in industrial-organizational and quantitative psychology, specializing in psychometrics—unbiased, data-driven assessments that help organizations make smarter talent decisions. Kit’s law practice at Latham & Watkins was focused in Silicon Valley and he worked on over 500 early stage investments. However, over his career he also advised Fortune 500 companies, investment banks, and private equity firms on high-stakes transactions, including multibillion-dollar mergers and public offerings for clients such as Advanced Micro Devices, Broadcom and LucasFilm.
