Designed to assess, predict performance, and swiftly upskill individuals in targeted areas.
CONNECT WITH USILI employs adaptive modular learning (AML) to accomplish the learning and development (“L and D”) goals at both the individual and enterprise levels. AML is powered by an AI, machine learning platform providing a customized learning path that serves content in a chain of 15-minute, interchangeable topical modules. The learner’s knowledge state and progress are dynamically monitored and adapts the content to facilitate their learning.
Each Module created by AI is validated and certified by our team of subject matter experts. To create this unique and customizable AML plan, one must first assertain the exact area in which a person needs to upskill. We do that by utilizing an unbiased and predictive assessment.
Traditional learning follows a fixed curriculum at a set pace, often leaving some learners behind or unchallenged. Adaptive learning uses data and AI to adjust content and pacing based on each learner’s progress. It continuously tracks performance, identifies areas for improvement, and delivers targeted reinforcement while building on strengths. With real-time feedback and customized learning paths, adaptive learning keeps learners engaged and helps them master material efficiently.
Dynamic learning is about creating interactive, iterative learning experiences that evolve as learners progress. Instead of static lessons, dynamic learning adapts to input and feedback, ensuring the material stays relevant and challenging. This approach combines advanced tools—such as Virtual Reality programs and 3D models—with automated feedback loops. Learners engage with evolving content that reinforces prior concepts and introduces new material at the right time, creating a responsive learning environment that keeps them focused and prepared.
Our assessment and analytics framework is built on decades of research and best practices in educational and psychological testing. It leverages AI algorithms, predictive modeling, and Item Response Theory (IRT) to deliver precise, fair, and reliable results. The system dynamically adapts assessments to track performance, identify gaps, and provide targeted interventions.Designed to support competency-based learning, it helps learners stay on track while giving educators and companies access to real-time dashboards for monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions.
Adaptive learning leverages AI-powered modules to assess comprehension, reinforce knowledge, and certify application of skills. By dynamically adjusting the content based on learner performance, adaptive learning ensures mastery of material and validates readiness for real-world application. We offer assessments in four key areas: behavioral traits, technical knowledge, industry-specific expertise, and critical thinking skills—all essential for improving performance and decision-making. By offering highly customizable assessments, the platform adapts to specific goals or job requirements, providing detailed insights into strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Intelligent Learning, Inc is the next gen AI driven adaptive learning and assessment platform. We assess an individual’s behavioral, technical, industry and problem-solving competencies and then deliver highly interactive adaptive learning modules in the competency areas that need upskilling. Our platform can also be used for career progression beyond the immediate opportunity presented and formulate an individualized plan for continuous career upskilling.
